This equipment is a cylindrical integral structure connected by screws, consisting of a separator, shell, absorption section, synthesis section, separation tray, and furnace head.

To enable the equipment to operate in * * * * state and facilitate maintenance, two symmetrical handholes are installed at the junction of the synthesis section and the absorption section. One of them is equipped with a mirror, and the other is equipped with an explosion-proof film.

This equipment has a compact structure and a small footprint. One device replaces three devices (iron synthesis furnace, cooler, and two membrane absorption towers), with high production efficiency and simple operation. It is widely used in hydrochloric acid production, and its chlorine gas can be used as raw chlorine or tail chlorine.
